What changed for game devs
Max used to be a range that started "From $100". It is now listed at a flat $100 a month with 5x Pro usage, and the page adds a separate Ultra plan at $200 a month. Ultra lists everything in Max plus no 5-hour limit, 10x Pro usage every week, and $200 a month in API credits, which the page says is up from $100 on Max.
If you use Claude for game code or tooling, check which tier you land on at renewal. Unchanged: Pro is still $17 a month billed annually or $20 monthly.
Plan changes don't change who owns the output: our Claude page quotes the Consumer Terms, which cover Pro and Max, as assigning you Anthropic's rights in Outputs.
