Can you ship a game made with Krikey AI? A vendor page states commercial use. The terms quoted beside it may narrow that. The license covers Commercial Use, and the terms give using the 3D model part of Krikey Content inside your game as an allowed example.

Krikey AI is a browser-based 3D animation editor with text-to-animation, video-to-motion capture, a 3D avatar library and AI voiceover. The free plan gives 20 one-time credits; Pro is listed at $15 per person per month with 165 monthly credits and MP4, GIF, PNG and FBX export, and one-time credit passes start at $1.50 for 10 credits. FBX export, which Krikey says works with major game engines, needs Pro or Teams. The catch for game teams is the license: Krikey keeps all rights in the generated animations and avatars ("Krikey Content") and only licenses them to you. The terms let you use the 3D model inside your game, but commercial use stops at $100,000 of accrued revenue unless you sign Krikey's separate commercial license, standalone resale is banned, and Krikey may train on your generated content.
