3D AI Studio
3D AI Studio is a credit-based web app for image-to-3D and text-to-3D generation, texturing, rigging, and animation, and it routes to models such as Meshy, Tripo, and Rodin. Its pricing page says all generated assets are private, owned by you, and usable commercially, and it exports GLB, OBJ, FBX, STL, USDZ, and PLY.
A pricing page names a commercial license. The terms quoted beside it may narrow that.

Cascadeur

DeepMotion Animate 3D
DeepMotion Animate 3D turns video into 3D character animation (FBX, BVH, GLB). The Freemium plan is non-commercial only. Paid plans start at $9/month billed annually and get a perpetual commercial license for what you make while subscribed, but DeepMotion owns the animations, licenses rather than sells them, and bans reselling them as stand-alone assets.

Hunyuan3D 2.1
Tencent's open-weights image-to-3D model: a shape model plus a PBR texture model you run on your own GPU (about 29GB VRAM for both). The Tencent Hunyuan 3D 2.1 Community License is royalty-free but does not apply in the EU, UK, or South Korea, bars using Output outside that territory, and needs a separate license above 1 million monthly active users.

Luma AI
Luma's own App Store listing says it sunset Genie, its 3D generator, on January 1, 2026; you can still export existing content. Luma's current pricing page sells Plus, Pro, and Ultra plans for image, video, and agent generation, not 3D. The commercial-use label below covers those current plans.

Plask
Plask is a browser-based AI motion capture tool that turns ordinary video into full-body and hand animation you can clean up in its editor and export as FBX, GLB, or BVH, with Live Link into Unreal Engine 5. Freemium is free with a 15-second daily capture limit; Standard is $18 a month and Pro $50 a month (both billed annually) for 10 minutes and 1 hour of capture a month. Plask's FAQ says animations you create belong to you, but its Terms of Service limit the service to personal non-commercial use and give the commercial license to subscribers of a "Commercial subscription plan", a name the pricing page doesn't use, so confirm your plan's rights with Plask before shipping. The terms also let Plask process your uploads through machine learning.

The free Starter plan includes 30 seconds of Vision AI a month and FBX export; Basic is $10/month billed annually ($12 monthly) with 600 seconds. Rokoko says all generated motion can be used commercially, and its terms say you retain rights to your content.

TRELLIS.2
TRELLIS.2 is Microsoft's open-weights image-to-3D model (4B parameters) that turns one image into a textured mesh with PBR materials. Uthana
Uthana generates 3D character animation from text prompts or video, plus locomotion, looping, auto-rigging and retargeting, in a web app, a GraphQL API and Blender and Maya plugins. It is pay-as-you-go: text-to-motion runs $0.02 to $0.10 per second of output depending on model version, video-to-motion $0.05 per input second, auto-rigging $0.15 per rig, and credits don't expire; Uthana stopped selling new subscriptions in August 2026. On paid plans you own the animations you generate. Free-plan outputs belong to Uthana and are licensed to you under CC BY 4.0, so you must credit "Animation generated with Uthana". The terms also let Uthana train on your data unless you're on a designated no-training paid tier. Exports are FBX, GLB or BVH, with FBX presets for Unreal Engine 5 and Roblox Studio.
Paid plans are the cleaner shipping path. Free-plan output needs the attribution the license requires.
